The house “Pietro Berrettini” is situated in the ancient and most characteristic district of the town of Cortona. Independent and immersed in an environment rich in history and culture, is ideal for a pleasant stay and very relaxing.

In few minutes, going on foot, you can reach easily all the monuments, churches, museums and traditional shops of Cortona, or take a pleasant walk in the hill.

The structure is covered by Wi-fi connection and has a very large, well-kept, independent garden with a stunning panoramic view of the Valdichiana.

The house consists of a bright living area with a kitchen and a panoramic terrace and three large double bedrooms, each with air conditioning and a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi (for a total of 9 beds).
